Rose's Early Life

St. Rose was born in Viterbo, Italy in 1245. Roses family was

poor, but very religious. Her parents were unknown.



When Rose was younger, she spent most of her days praying and doing

penance. She diciplined herself three times a day untill she fainted from blood

loss.

She brought her aunt back to life at age three. At age seven, she wanted to

enter the convent. Rose also preached in the streets about God.
